About the roles

We are seeking interest from experienced Corporate Receptionists and Administration Officers who have a natural flair for engaging with others within a professional, team-based environment. Ideally you will be available to commence immediately for a variety of part-time and full-time temporary opportunities and be happy to work with a diverse range of clients. Your warmth, enthusiasm and initiative will be called upon to answer incoming calls and emails, welcome a range of visitors to the reception area and to proactively assist with the coordination of various meetings and corporate functions.


These opportunities are ideal for someone who enjoys diversity and can point to experience across a wide range of administrative based responsibilities including managing and preparing correspondence and reports, data entry, filing and schedule management. Your proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite will be critical along with your commitment to the provision of accurate, timely and effective communication. In addition, your professionalism, ability to anticipate requirements and to provide a courteous and polite service will be highly valued and further add to your success.


As an experienced Receptionist or Administration Officer, you will bring a “hands-on” approach, possess outstanding organisational and problem-solving skills and have excellent attention to detail.
